Curriculum vitae

Profile

Computer engineering student with a hands-on homelab and a background in fast-paced, customer-facing work. Studying networking, cyber security, and Linux systems administration at TUS Athlone, and learning C++ to program boards I solder myself. I run a homelab on my own hardware to self-host open-source services and local LLMs, and to build practical skills in Docker, containers, virtualisation, secure tunnels, domain management, and authentication. The "cloud" I work with is one I designed and built myself. International hospitality and retail work in Ireland and France has given me strong communication skills, multilingual customer service experience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Privacy technology enthusiast. Self-hosting, Linux, and open-source software.
